The Factory of the Future
SeaStar operates two advanced factories within Aqaba International Industrial City, spanning more than 15,000 m². SeaStar 1 set the foundation for industrial excellence, while SeaStar 2 is a fully automated facility integrating AI-based sorting, real-time monitoring, and advanced packaging technologies.
Tech & Precision
All production stages are designed-from cracking and sorting to packaging and storage-to ensure high accuracy, hygiene standards, and speed. The factories are equipped with high-efficiency Bühler systems, automated packaging and carton-forming lines, and environmentally controlled cooling warehouses.
Digital Backbone
By integrating SAP across all operational processes, SeaStar achieved a paperless operating rate of up to 60%, reinforcing its position as one of the region's most technologically advanced facilities.
